Bowlers to get your Membership

Choose one of the following

  • Use the fillable form below which can be paid online by E-transfer.
  • Hand fill a Printable Form that must be mailed with cheque or money order payment.
  • See your local 5 Pin Association or Lanes Proprietor/Manager to register at your bowling centre.

When using online registration, please note the following stipulations,

  • Interac E-transfers may be sent direct to the Alberta 5 Pin office at [email protected].
  • Please do not send cash in the mail as A5PBA can accept no responsibility for it’s delivery.
  • NO REFUNDS for e-transfer payments.
  • If you register online, you must pay online by e-transfer at the time you register. (Not sure how to do it? See an explanation here.)
  • When submitting your form please do not submit more than once.  Please wait at least two minutes as the verification notice may take time if you have a poor internet connection.

If you registered previously, you have a permanent membership number. Please record the number if you have that information
If you have moved to a new bowling centre or are new to the province please supply details.
Government grants require that we supply members year of birth. Also to receive the Golden Age or Youth discounted price you must supply the information.

Replacement means you want to get a replacement card as you have lost your previous card. Contact the Office for cost.
ONLINE REGISTRATION PAYMENT IS BY E-TRANSFER ONLY.

  ALL GOLDEN AGE & YOUTH MUST PROVIDE THEIR BIRTH YEAR TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNTED FEE!
